President, Joe Duncan, Jr.,graduated from Talladega County Central High School, some college at Jacksonville State University. Former member of Talladega County Board of Eduaction elected to serve two six year terms.During his terms as a Board Member schools were built at, Childersburg, Lincoln, Munford Schools all located in Talladega County in Talladega, Alabama. Major renovations at five other schools within the county. Volunteer work serve President Talladega Central Athletic Association twenty years, President Stemley/TCC Youth Sports Programs twelve years. Former Employee of Georgia Pacific twenty-two years, Six years United States Marine Corps Reserve. Presently employed by FabArc Steel as a machine operator, part-time employee of Home-Depot as a sales associate.
Vice-President, John H. Jones graduated from Winterboro High School, currently employed with R.J.Marshall as a maintenance/millwright employee for 44 years. Certified multi -craftsman.
Treasure, Ben Kieth graduated from High School in 1976. Mr. Kieth served 26 years in the United States Armed Forces, Retired from B.H.S. Inc., after 17 years, and retired from Brasfield & Gorrie after 15 years.
Secretary, Joann D. Swain graduated from Jacksonville State University with a Bachelors Degree in Education and Masters of Education from Sanford University. Mrs. Swain is a twenty-four employee of the Talladega County Board of Education where she serves a Principal at one of its schools.
Financial Secretary Sasha Garrett graduated from Alabama A&M with a B.A. in Political Science and with a Masters of Public Administration from Troy University. Ms. Garrett is employed by Talladega County Board of Education where she is a Career Technical Teacher. Ms. Garret was previously employed with Regions Banks in new accounts, banking logistics an on line banking.
2nd Vice-President Theresa Cook graduated from Jacksonville State University with a B.S. Degree in Accounting and graduated from the University of Alabama in Birmingham with a B.S. Degree in Nursing. She currently serves as a Registered Nurse for the State of Alabama.
